Booking ServicesTo arrange care, you must:
- Provide accurate personal and health information for care assessment and planning.
- Be legally authorised to act for the client (if applicable)
We may assess care needs before confirming services.
Client ResponsibilitiesClients (or their representatives) must:
- Provide a safe environment for care workers
- Inform us of any relevant medical changes
- Cooperate with care planning and reviews
Service costs will be outlined in your care plan. Invoices should be paid within 14 days. We reserve the right to pause services for overdue payment.
LiabilityWe commit to delivering care with diligence. However, we cannot be held liable for:
- Actions beyond our control (e.g., home environment hazards)

- Third-party website content or links
Clients may cancel services with 45 days' notice. We may also terminate services due to non-payment, unsafe conditions, or policy breaches.
