Responsibilities:

  • Business analysts are essential for their analytical skills, interpreting data-focused strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and value across processes, services, and products.
  • Embracing emerging trends, such as advanced analytics, Domain integration, Agile methodologies, and customer-centric analysis, is vital for business analysts to stay relevant and effective in an evolving business landscape.
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
  • Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the technology industry and our part within it.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Analytical mindset and ability to find non-standard solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical language into business language and vice versa.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile. 

Optional Skills:

  • Exposure to fintech / eCommerce domain or ERP.
  • Exposure to BI reporting tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile Methodology Certification, CBAP, etc.) are desirable but not essential.
