Responsibilities:
- Business analysts are essential for their analytical skills, interpreting data-focused strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and value across processes, services, and products.
- Embracing emerging trends, such as advanced analytics, Domain integration, Agile methodologies, and customer-centric analysis, is vital for business analysts to stay relevant and effective in an evolving business landscape.
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
- Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
- Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Passion and enthusiasm for the technology industry and our part within it.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Analytical mindset and ability to find non-standard solutions.
- Ability to translate technical language into business language and vice versa.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile.
Optional Skills:
- Exposure to fintech / eCommerce domain or ERP.
- Exposure to BI reporting tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile Methodology Certification, CBAP, etc.) are desirable but not essential.
